Hi Guys,
Well possibly exciting news, Matt and Ben may be eligible for a scholarship with the NSW Institute of Sports. Their coach has put their application forward and we may hear sometime next week if they have been successful, so fingers and toes crossed everyone.
I have been exercising, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, going to the gym and swimming on a Saturday with some girlfriends. The water is starting to get a little cool, but the coffee and banana bread afterwards certainly motivates us, Moet the dog enjoys his treat too.
Steve has been a driving instructor for a couple of months now and things are still a little slow, which is very frustrating. He has to hang in there as everyone is feeling the pinch. He spends a lot of time driving all over the countryside to find that people either don't show up or they cancel at the last minute - Trent refuse to charge a cancellation fee. At least he is getting some work.
I have an evening out on Saturday with the mum's group this weekend. The mum's who have turned the magical age of 50 are the VIPS and a limo has been organised to take us on a tour with a photo stop and then dinner in the city somewhere. Should be a lot of fun. We plan to meet the husbands so they can escort us home. Will keep you posted.
No more news.
Tattle soon.

Hi All,
Had a great weekend. Had a wonderful lunch on Sunday, garlic prawns, followed by scotch fillet with crispy potatoes and yummy salad. To followwwwwwwww we had a sponge with raspberry dessert, truly delicious. Of course we had sustenance as well and started off with a lovely drop of Moet provided by our hostess. The whole setting was perfect as was the company.
Steve was on Race duty at RPAYC and had to run the sailing course. Matt and Ben did well and won all their three races. The whole day was a great success.
Work has been fairly constant today. I am off to the gym this evening to work off the lunch I had yesterday.
The dog is still out of sorts with me, I think he is suffering from separation anxiety.
Bye for now.

FRIDAY 13 MARCH - EEEEEEEEK
Hi All,
This is the first time I have done this, so here goes. Finished work for the week. Not too stressful. Recently joined the gym and the Mall, called Body Shape - have only managed to go twice this week but hope to go tomorrow and Sunday. Drove to the gym tonight only to find I had left my gym shoes behind.
Matt, Ben and Steve arrived safely back from Adelaide Tuesday night after being away 5 nights. The boys had been competing in the AIRS Regatta in a 470 and they ended up finishing 3rd overall. Tremendous result since it was their first time in a 470 after moving up from a 420.
Fairly busy weekend, gym tomorrow, yoga class, then lunch on Sunday at a girlfriends. Hope she remembers we are coming.
Talk tomorrow.
Cheers
Torse
